Thomas Do Becomes a PhD Candidate
Feb 11, 2026 |
Everyone in the Astronomy Department would like to wish graduate student Thomas Do a huge congratulations for passing his comprehensive exams and becoming a PhD candidate!
Thomas is now in his third year here at MSU. On Friday, February 6th, Thomas gave an intriguing presentation about his search for intermediate mass black holes (IMBHs) in our galaxy's local neighborhood. He will continue his search for these objects throughout the rest of his PhD in galaxies such as M31. Keep an eye out for his published work projected to be out later this year!
